Our students are at risk 1st graders that are hard-working and creative. Our school is a kindergarten to fourth grade charter school servicing low-income families within an urban community in the state of NJ. Our school's charter was recently renewed and looking forward to another five years with the addition of fifth grade for the 2012-2013 year. Our school is not only a second home to my students, but also a place where their families come together to work for the future of the school and the students it services. We are a community that truly fosters the mission of "creating life-long learners."

About my class
