My students have been through more obstacles than some of us have ever been in a life time. We are in a high poverty district, so most of my students have never even left the city in which they live in. They do not have the opportunity to experience what children in higher income districts experience on a daily basis. Though my students are at a disadvantage, they still come in every day eager to learn. Through the use of technology, my students could see what is beyond their neighborhoods and continue on a better path of fulfilling their dreams.

About my class
