We are already being told we will be facing budget cuts in the fall. What I am hoping to do is get teachers needed supplies like paper, pencils, tape, staplers, and pencil sharpeners because these things are necessary to keep the school going. While technology is definitely the movement we are headed toward, sometimes children need to write on paper and parents need an explanation in writing on how to do something. While these supplies are not glamorous, they will directly impact every single student in our 5th-grade classrooms, including enough materials for our ESOL and Special Education Teachers to support our students when they leave the regular education classroom throughout the day.

About my class
