I am lucky enough to work with 450 amazing students, from whom I learn new things every day! I am a kindergarten through sixth grade vocal and general music teacher in an urban public school with a diverse bunch of kids. Most of my students qualify for free lunch, and many of my students struggle with reading. As the music teacher, I believe I can reach students in a special way. I try my best to teach the 'whole child', not just music.
