My students are from a rural mountain area in Georgia. Many come from low income families that are working hard to provide for their families. Our school is a Title 1 school with many getting free or reduced lunches. My students are ages 4-12 with a passion for life. They are bright and talented and I am so privileged to get the opportunity to teach them every day. I want them to get the same quality music education as the students in the high income communities. They get so excited to explore music. They are so dedicated and I love to watch them grow!
