I have the perfect space for the seating options I have picked out...all I need is the funding to purchase them. I'm requesting Little Beanbag and Backpatter's Seats to give my students seating choices. Some students look down on themselves or are ashamed that they have to be in a small group for reading instruction. It is my goal to provide new and different options of seating for them to choose from when going to small group. It is my hope that they will be excited to have something other than a traditional classroom chair to sit in...that they will now look forward to small group with excitement and joy in their eyes. My goal with this project is the make reading interventions more fun!
