I've been privileged and lucky enough to spend over 15 years at a great little school called Westside! It's right near the beach in Los Angeles, and I love coming to work here. Most of our students have to take the the bus early in the morning from all over Los Angeles to get here. Believe me, it's worth it! Most of our students are trying to avoid going to their large neighborhood schools and ours is a small K-8 magnet with about 400 students total. We watch a lot of kids grow up right before our eyes and lots of families send their entire brood to our school. It's really a family atmosphere at Westside.
