These TI-84 Plus Graphing Calculators will allow my students to further their knowledge and motivation towards learning abstract subjects of Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Geometry. These calculators will be used in the classroom everyday to teach Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and Geometry in a self contained special education environment. The teacher and students are enthusiastic that this project will be funded very fast, because the need is great. Teaching is a gift of hope to those who receive the instruction and also to those who provide the instruction. My students have the basic technology in the classroom as you can see in the photo. They have a basic Smartboard, an overhead projector, printers, one scanner to do amazing things.
