The Peruvian Proverb, "Little by litte, one walks far" is posted above our classroom door. My students have not had a consistent classroom teacher until I started at the school in November. They haven't been able to count on other adults in their classroom because the first three teachers left them. I am, however, dedicated to each of my twenty students and will be there to provide the best education possible for them until their last day in my classroom. My students are ones from a simple life. Nearly 100% of the families at the school qualify for free and reduced lunch. Our school is small and very diverse.
