Our school is in one of the oldest communities in Los Angeles. Our history is one of great diversity but we have been primarily a Mexican American community for several decades. While most families are low income and the parents have not graduated from high school, our families are proud of their culture, language, and heritage. On the other hand, our students have not experienced much of the diversity of our international city.
