I am a K-3 resource teacher and I LOVE my students. I pull some of them into the resource room throughout the day for extra academic and behavioral support. In the resource room, they spend time working specifically towards accomplishing their IEP (Individualized Education Plan) goals. For some students, school is really tough and can be extremely frustrating at times. I love working alongside these students and helping them realize that they can learn new things and gain new skills.
