My students attend a Magnet School in Los Angeles County, their parents choose the school and put them on a bus early in the morning to come to our school. They have an advantage because their parents have taken the step to choose their school. Most are motivated to learn and are excited to be at a Math Science Magnet. My challenge is to keep them motivated and interested in books, reading, learning.
