This project enhances my students' understanding of how we all can do our part to be eco-friendly. My students will be able to able to make connections to concepts learned in the classroom. Fossil fuels are non-renewable, that is, they draw on finite resources that will eventually end, becoming too environmentally damaging to retrieve. Being eco-friendly promotes green living that help to conserve energy and also prevent air and water pollution. The key is to show that renewable energy plays a vital role for everyone being less dependent on fossil fuels. The robots requested promote renewable energy. The iPad will be used at our classroom technology station so that students can research renewable energy. The case will help maintain the iPad's durability.
