It's no secret that children are weighing more and exercising less than the average student of several years ago. I teach PE to students in grades 1st through 12th at a school that serves students who are a danger to themselves or others. Our campus provides special programs that focus on building relationships for children who have suffered a life crisis, have mental illness and/or are emotionally disturbed.
