My class this year is very diverse. They have a wide variety of strengths and needs. They are excited to be back at school and are ready to soak up all the knowledge they need to get ready for middle school. We are lucky to have a small class this year, so they will really benefit from collaborative groups and small group instruction. My students are also interested and inspired by American History. This year, they will be immersed in hands-on activities from the Colonial Era, and will be able to appreciate how difficult it was to live during this time period. They are proud to have a teacher who is a Master Teacher for Colonial Williamsburg Teacher Institute.
