Many of my student are from lower income households. We are a Title I school in California, and many students are on a free or reduced-price lunch. One of the great parts about my ceramics class is I get all levels of students, from all levels of special education, "normal" kids as well as students on the university or college track. Our school offers many AP classes as well as an international baccalaureate program. Mixed in my ceramics classes is advanced ceramics AP Studio Art/3D.
