My students are a diverse group with many different needs. They attend the type of school that tries to inspire achieve their full potential with the resources allotted to them. This goal is hindered by our lack in funding due to ever growing budget cuts within the district. Our athletic programs yield many stars and earn us recognition and respect, but behind the uniforms are students who may or may not be able to participate in their sports again because they did not meet their GPA requirements. It's not that they aren't trying to balance out their school work with their sports, it's just that they aren't properly equipped with all the technological resources they require at school or at home.
