My students are enthusiastic, motivated first graders! They love to read stories and the excitement on their face when something "clicks" is priceless. The children work well together, and are learning the importance of collaborating and learning from one another in a school environment. The children will be engaged in collaborative STEM lessons using LEGOs, Reader's Workshop lessons, and math games this year - all of which require adequate, comfortable space on the floor to support learning.

About my class
