My school is in suburbs of a large city. More than 50% of the students are low income and come from good families that are trying to make ends meet. I have a rich mix of cultures and languages including Mexican, Asian, and African American. 13% of the students are served by special education, another 15% receive speech and language intervention. Our school has a strong sense of community and we support and inspire one another.
