The 370 kids I have at my school are a great bunch, but being a good kid does not always mean having a good day. They are overall kind and caring even on a bad day, a lot of the issues I help them with are personal vs interpersonal. We are one of the smaller schools in our county and are lucky for it. Our teachers know our students and our students know each other. That knowledge has fostered a lot more respect than you find in other schools. A small school however means small resources. Even though we don't always have the most of everything, I am proud and impressed with what our great students and staff do with what they have.
