My students are in Kindergarten. I have a few students who are 4 at the beginning of the year, but most are 5 turning 6. I have 20 students, 6 are on free/reduced lunch. I have several kids that have had no preschool experience and no help at home. Each child in my room has a different home life, but in my classroom they're all made to feel important and equal. We often have other classes in our classroom during technology lessons, as well as other times throughout the school year. My school is made up entirely of Kindergarten students....26 classes of kindergarten students.We have a 42% free/reduced lunch rate. Most of our students went to preschool or have had some previous training, but we always have a few in each classroom that have no knowledge of letters, sounds, even colors.
