My third grade students are economically very needy. They need consistency and emotional support every day. At least eight of them have special learning needs and it is very challenging to meet all of their needs with just one teacher and 26 students. They are multicultural and several of them speak other languages than English. They really want to learn and seek to please me every day. We have nearly 1000 students and must constantly share materials and equipment.
