Our K-5 Elementary School is in an urban setting with a diverse student body. The school community is comprised of a majority of families who live in poverty including many non-English speaking families and families of color. Many students come from families who were "bad at math in school." We are committed to turning around attitudes so that "Math is Cool!" and "We are good at Math!" and in doing so, turning around our number of students who are proficient in mathematics.
