I have 18 full day kindergarten students. Our school is a small, rural school located beside the Pacific Ocean. Over the years we have lost many young families in our community due to a lack of jobs. This has led to declining enrollment and less money in our school budgets. Donor's Choose has allowed me to provide my students with materials that would otherwise be unavailable. Recently our school has initiated a summer transition program for incoming kindergarten students and their families called Ready, Set, Learn!
