We have a diverse population of students attending our school many are just learning to speak English. We want to instill both enthusiasm and a desire to learn and participate in our school environment. Exposing them to interesting, wonderful stories will instill in them an excitement to read and learn the language. Also the author of these books will be visiting the school and talking to our students about the many books she has written. We are hoping the variety of books that we are requesting will expose them to the wonderful world of words.
