Our school Media Center has a new Makerspace where kids can learn by creating and tinkering with a wide variety of materials and tools. Because our school mascot is the Gator, we're calling our Maker Ed initiative the "Gator Creators." Gator Creators will participate in several Maker Ed opportunities. That’s why we are providing a “Makerspace” area in the Media Center where students may use Maker Ed tools that will stimulate creative curiosity. Flexible seating in our Makerspace, such as Hokki Stools will help students to relax, move and think! Isenberg community members are asked to donate a variety of items to our Media Center Makerspace. With help from the Donors Choose community as well, our Makerspace will be the best!
