This will be my third year teaching kindergarten in a high needs elementary school in Florida. While I do not know who my students are for this upcoming year, I can't imagine them being any different than past years: lovable, unique, little sponges who will grow in ways that will inspire and amaze me throughout the year. Many of the students that walk through the doors of my school come from an underprivileged household. One of my many goals is to create a safe and comfortable learning environment in my classroom. Creating a space for children in which they can express themselves academically and creatively is an important factor for a successful school year.

About my class
