My students are my greatest source of encouragement and inspiration. I encourage them to do and be better and they challenge me to continue find innovative ways to reach their unique needs. Because of my students encouragement, I can not imagine doing anything else with my life! My students attend a inner-city public school in California, in a Special Day Class. While we are often short of money, my school has created a culture of learning and innovation and a 'do the best with what you have' attitude. I have never heard a student complain about anything, but I still strive to give my students the very best. My students are inquisitive and generous, kind and determined ; I have never been surrounded by better people.
