Students are motivated to learn when they feel like they are part of the class community. Help me establish a classroom culture that celebrates and recognizes all members of our community for their achievements. I plan to use the camera and film to take pictures of "perfect attendance" groups of students or "excellent effort" or "question of the week" or "most engaged" to help promote positive experiences and students that are doing the right thing. All too often our students go unrecognized for doing amazing things and I hope to build a "Celebration Wall" with pictures that inspire and motivate all learners.
