We are a public elementary school in New York City. We have approximately 1000 K - 5th grade students. Our student population is culturally diverse. They face many challenges, one being economic. Our students have many gifts and talents, and our school continues to provide programs to enrich our students, despite budget cuts and loss of staff. As a school, we have always celebrated our student's diversity, and have worked to create a climate of tolerance and respect for all.
