Students will have the opportunity to read and discuss rich literature. Homebound or quarantined students will be able to take the novels home to keep up with the classroom novel study. Many of our classroom novel sets require replacement and these book sets will be utilized daily. Teaching reading through the use of novels allows students to develop their reading comprehension and thinking skills through high-quality literature. It lets them practice and refine their reading skills related to the standards in a much more engaging format than basal readers. Your donation will make a world of difference to my fifth graders!
