The Leo Seal Family Foundation was established in 1997 by longtime Hancock Bank President Leo W. Seal, Jr. Continuing his duty to service, the foundation gives students in Pearl River, Stone, George, Hancock and Harrison counties the tools they need to innovate and explore in their local communities and beyond.
