Research shows that students who read well do better in school and beyond. Students need to read for comprehension and fluency. I want to have new and exciting books for the kids at all times. I have chosen some new books that I would like for our library. These will be accessible to the students. Students need to be so excited about books they are reading. Hopefully they will talk about their books and recommend them. Unfortunately, book stores are disappearing and kids are having trouble picking out books. I want to expand my classroom library with new and interesting titles. They will hopefully talk about their books and inspire others to read.

About my class
