My Kindergartners are kind, respectful, and always want to teach others what they know. My students love to learn and their best learning comes from authentic experiences during play time. My students are able to gain different perspectives, practice their social and emotional skills, and benefit tremendously from the oral language they communicate when cooperating. They love to build and create with their hands. After a short lesson on space and gravity, a few students worked together to re-create a model of the International Space Station during their center time. I have so many students who have math and engineering brains and I would love to keep them learning and building.
