My school makes every student feel as if they can succeed. The culture of the building is full of the expectation that EVERYONE can succeed. Many of our students come from poverty-stricken homes. Our students often have gaps in background knowledge because of their lack of experiences. The teachers in my building want to give them every opportunity to succeed. Many of our students know what school is a safe haven for them, and come everyday ready to be loved and learn.
