I am an Art teacher in a "Special Needs" school. My students vary in age from 10 years of age to 21 years of age. They have a wide range of mental and or physical disabilities such as: autism, mental retardation, downs syndrome, Asperges and many others. Due to all the budget cuts we have been hit with here in NYC, art supplies are dwindling.
