My students are a wonderful group of third graders from low income homes. I love watching their view on learning change as the school year progresses. They love to listen to reading and went from "I don't like math, it's too hard." to "Mrs. L you make math so much fun!" I am glad to be able to change the way they feel about it at such an early age because it will change their whole outlook on education and give them a better chance of becoming anything they wish to be.
