From the nanites in Star Trek to the nanobots in the X-Files, the manipulation of individual atoms and molecules is both the stuff of science fiction and the future of much of our technology. The eleventh and twelfth grade chemistry students have been traditionally underrepresented in science vocations. This project is designed to spur student interest in a cutting edge technology.
