My students are the most innovative 9th and 10th graders ever! They do not have many resources, but they are creative in their approach to solving project problems in the classroom. They are from an urban-blighted area that has seen a downward spiral loss of manufacturing jobs over the last few decades. They attend a public high school that serves over 1500 students who are considered underrepresented in engineering and "high-tech" fields.
