My students range from highly gifted to ESL 12-13 years old with very diverse ethnic backgrounds. In order to get them to be more curious about the world around them, our classes perform many science experiments; from running up and down the hallway to rolling marbles and the best is chemistry, where they think they will get to "blow things up."
