My Students

Our students LOVE coding and the Dot and Dash Wonder Pack will take our students knowledge of coding one step further.

Our students live in a rural community in North Carolina.

They work hard and it shows. They are creative and love to learn. We serve a diverse population of students. Our school is community oriented and our students have a great deal of pride in their school.

My Project

Our students will use the materials requested in this proposal to enhance their knowledge of coding. We will use Dot and Dash during Media and Technology lessons. Our goal is to create a Maker's Space where students will be able to select the topic they are interested in learning. Students will then create a plan and learn or master skills related to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math). The Dot and Dash Wonder Pack will be an amazing asset for our students. It will allow them to create, learn and explore coding and technology first hand.

Who knows what the future holds for our young learners.

One thing we can count on is that it will include a necessity to be digitally and technologically savvy. Your support of this project will help us prepare them for their exciting futures.
