My students need wobble chairs to keep their bodies busy so their brains can learn.

My Students

My students are busy and on the go. They are excitable and enthusiastic. Some of them need some movement to help them channel their energy and improve their focus.

My students are a diverse set of kids within a school where many cultures are present.

They are a great group of second graders who are eager to learn. They are learning in both English and Spanish and are on their way to becoming bi-literate citizens. They are excited and ready to continue their learning!

My Project

The wobble seats can be used any time students are working at their tables. They can be utilized during reading, writing, math, science, and social studies. Students could even use them when the class is working on the rug. They can be moved around easily throughout the day to wherever the student is working in the classroom.

It is my hope that these wobble seats will help students to channel their energy and apply it to their learning.

I hope that work time will become even more productive and students will feel more successful with their learning if they feel more focused.
