My Students

My classroom of 2nd, 3rd, and 4th graders is a fun place to learn where all students do their best and encourage one another.

We laugh every day and share each other's triumphs and achievements. I value fostering a love of learning in each student and drawing out their personal strengths to inspire them to develop their individuality and confidence.

My Project

Laughter and movement is always part of our day and of course, sitting at a desk is a necessity of school. Which one of us can sit still so often for extended periods before becoming restless and uncomfortable? For children, it's even more difficult, which is why I'm seeking four Kids Kore Wobble Chairs for my students to share.

Students will be able to wiggle while they work while sitting on wobble chairs.

The rounded bottom of the stool allows students to activate and engage their core muscles while they sit and work. This active sitting, helps them focus and expend restlessness and extra energy-most vital for ADHD students. Sitting still IS overrated! Where were these seats when I was in school? I know these wobble seats will help my students focus on their work while being comfortable and getting out those wiggles!
