We Are Dreaming of Math!

My students need access to Dreambox Learning to help us improve our math skills.

My Students

We are an energetic class of Kindergartners and 1st graders. We need Dreambox math instruction software to help us with our math! Dreambox is a fun, on-line math program that is proven to work.

This is a new classroom that was formed mid-year to reduce overcrowding in 7 other classrooms.

My classroom is pretty bare bones when it comes to books and equipment. I have both Kindergarten and 1st graders in my classroom. Our school is located in a medium-sized city in Washington state. My students are diverse and there is a high rate of poverty. Many of our families do not speak English as their first language.

My Project

We have a wide range of mathematical abilities in our classroom. Dreambox is engaging and intuitive. It adjusts instruction to meet the needs of the student. Dreambox allows me to monitor the progress of each student and helps me to identify focus areas for additional instruction. We will be using Dreambox when some students are working independently while I a™m teaching a math lesson to half the class. I will be assured my independent workers are engaged and productive! Dreambox will be a huge enhancement to our math curriculum.
