My Students

Many of my student's struggle through school because they have responsibilities that they should not have until they are adults with families of their own. For most of them, school is a safe wholesome learning environment.

Within the walls of their classroom they feel safe and many of their responsibilities are put aside for a short while.

Most, of my students live with some type of technology, but do not have the resources for Internet. In school, I don't want them to feel that way. In school, I want my students to learn and achieve greatness through digital interaction. I want my students to enjoy learning by use of technology as an aid to achieve distinction. I want my students to wake up in the morning wanting to arrive at school to value their learning.

My Project

My students will be able to learn with a functioning interactive board. Students will have opportunities to learn new skills and enhance old ones. Their listening comprehension skills will be enhanced as they are able to listen to stories, interviews, songs, and many other files. My district purchased a new math curriculum that fits the compatibility of an interactive board. The success rate for my student will increase dramatically because of the new activities they can participate in.

The donation of a Interactive Board will improve our classroom in many ways.

Many of my students are kinesthetic learners. Therefore, many students will benefit from the activities designed for the Interactive Display. In today's world people, especially kids, are drawn to technology. This interactive board will help keep my kids interested and engaged.
