This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Internet access for all! Now the kids won't have to wait until Computer Lab day!

My students are 5th graders around the ages of 10-11.

They vary from English Language Learners, to Special Education, to Gifted and Talented. They are mostly middle class students, but there are a few that are living in less than ideal situations. They are all great kids that deserve full access education.

My Project

Your donation towards a tablet and router will help ensure that technology will be available at all times. Learning happens all day in the classroom and we need to have our research resources available at all times, not just on computer lab day. Now we will be able to research something as we talk about it. It because of people such as yourselves that our students will have these opportunities that the district will not, or cannot, provide. This could just be the beginning....ultimately every student would have a tablet at their seat! Imagine the possibilities that an 11 year old could have with this at their fingertips!
