My Students

Pencil and paper are boring! Technology brings math and science alive and provides a more exciting way to learn.

My students attend a small, Title 1 school in Texas.

They are respectful and fun loving children from multicultural backgrounds. Our school may not be the richest, but our students' hearts and minds are for sure! I work with approximately 50 students that are excited to learn all they can this year.

My Project

I am requesting 1 iPad Mini and 1 case to further enhance their learning in math and science. Instead of using boring paper and pencil in the classroom, I would love to see my students incorporating more technology into their education. Through the use of an iPad Mini, my students will be able to learn so much more than what a textbook can teach them. Problem solving will be more engaging, math facts will be more fun to practice, and science will come alive for them.

Donations towards this project will help students' education become more interesting and engaging.

Not every child has the opportunity to use technology at home so I would love to provide it in the classroom.
