How many of you have some form of technology that you use for reading, research, and accessing important programs we use every day?
Currently we have five classroom computers which means four to five students must rotate through using the technology.
I have a schedule and the kids are good about sharing, but I envision a room where all students can go online and work on assignments catered to their specific needs. As their teacher, I am able to assign material based on their immediate needs.
My Project
The tablets will be used by students as they conduct research on various topics within all subject areas, as they read powerful literature on eBook programs, and as they access educational programs only available online and purchased through the school.
Students love technology, plain and simple.
There are amazing programs out there and tons of books and my students will use these materials to conduct research, interact with one another through our classroom blog, read powerful literature, use the academic programs that the school has purchased, and learn while having fun at the same time.
