This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My school has a guitar class open for grades 5-8, but how can they participate without a guitar? The school had a break-in and some guitars were destroyed. These guitars will help replace those which were destroyed.

My school is a public school where every student is given the chance to succeed, no exceptions!

These kids are treasures and they all have talents. It is our job to tap into that talent and let it grow. For some students, they find their talent with the guitar.

My Project

These guitars will allow students to feel accomplished and a part of a specific community of musicians. The class will promote partner and group participation along with opportunities for solo performance where students can develop independence and confidence. These qualities will only help students succeed in their futures.

Please help support this project by helping us acquire these guitars.

The excitement on the students' faces is priceless, and it is a joy they can take with them forever. Your donations will help put guitars in the talented hands of young musicians.
