Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Reading opens up a whole new world. My students need the reading skills to be able to enter that world.

My students are young and full of energy.

We are at a Title I school and so many of the students are less privileged than others. Although they may not have as much as others, they do have that excitement for learning. Their outlook on life is nothing less than inspiring.

My Project

These reading activities will help cultivate my students' love of learning and reading. They are perfect for teaching in whole group and small group learning. I can take small groups and focus specifically on what those students are struggling with. We can also use the software as a whole class review with friendly competition, all the more motivating for my students to learn.

It can sometimes be difficult to motivate students to learn.

With these reading games and activities, students will be enjoying the friendly competition and learning at the same time. Please support my project and help me give my students the skills they need to become successful readers.
